Why I’m asking for your vote

I am honored to stand for election as Director‑at‑Large and respectfully ask for your support and vote.

With more than 30 years as an ACS member, I bring deep experience in scientific leadership, governance, and strategic decision‑making—aligned with the responsibilities of the ACS Board of Directors.

What I bring to the Board 

• ● Governance experience:
  • - ACS Councilor (2016–2024), Chair of the Local Section Activities Committee, and current AGRO Division leadership
• ● Strategic and financial acumen:
  • - Executive responsibility for global R&D portfolios, investment prioritization, and long‑term innovation strategy
• ● Member‑centered perspective:
  • - A career spanning industry, collaboration, mentoring, and ACS service, with a strong commitment to inclusion, engagement, and scientific excellence
• ● Integrity and collaboration:
  • - A leadership style grounded in ethical decision‑making, teamwork, and independent thinking

As Director‑at‑Large, I will work to:
